Room Features: Spacious rooms with basic amenities. Powered by hospital electricity, so light supply is near 24 hours.
Rent (outside hospital): ₦300k–₦500k for a room and parlor. Cheaper farther from the hospital, more expensive closer.
Mode: Strictly by balloting and connections.
Tip: New HOs should plan for accommodation outside the hospital as an alternative.

Payment Date: Around the 28th of each month. Payment is usually prompt, but occasional delays may occur since it’s a state hospital.
