Our Mission

Bridging the Information Gap

We are an independent media platform dedicated to information, news, and financial literacy for medical professionals.

Information is power. Doclumina was established to solve the problem of misinformation in the medical space. We exist solely to provide accurate news updates, publish hospital reviews, and share public domain information to help doctors stay informed.

Knowledge is Key

Informing the medical community.

The Origin

Why We Started

The medical landscape in Nigeria is complex and often opaque. We noticed that many young doctors struggled simply because they lacked access to basic, public information regarding hospital environments, salary structures, and lifestyle realities in different states.

We decided to write about it.

Doclumina was born as a blogging project to chronicle the realities of medical practice in Nigeria. We are writers, researchers, and data analysts passionate about organizing information.

Our Vision

To become the premier digital library for African medical professionals, ensuring that every doctor has free access to the information they need to make independent career decisions.

  • Accurate Reporting
  • Public Information Access
  • Financial Literacy Education

Transparency Notice

Doclumina is strictly an information platform. We do not offer housemanship placement services, we do not have access to the MDCN portal, and we do not run "networking groups" for placement. All hospital postings are handled exclusively by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria. We advise all users to rely solely on official channels for registration.

What We Offer

We focus on content, education, and clarity.

Authentic Hospital Reviews

We have reviewed over 70 hospitals across Nigeria, giving young doctors honest, first-hand insights into housemanship conditions to help them choose the right training centre.

Emergency Cardiac Care

We provide comprehensive emergency cardiac care training to equip healthcare professionals with the skills to respond confidently in life-threatening situations.
