Work Environment & Orderliness
📌 At the start of each posting, your duties will be clearly outlined by senior colleagues.
📌 Main Responsibilities:
- Attend ward rounds 👩⚕️
- Secure IV access 💉
- Administer specific medications (Calcium Gluconate, MgSO₄) 💊
- Mop-ups & planning after ward rounds with senior doctors.
👥 Colleagues & Staff:
- You’ll meet amazing doctors (like Dr. Adesina of BPSU) 🏆.
- You’ll also meet some “outstandingly wonderful” (😏) people—it’s part of life.
- Most colleagues are friendly, though.
- Some admin staff & senior nurses may transfer aggression—just build good relationships with them.
